Stancija Zavod

Where time can be still ...

Dear website visitor,

We have sold Stancija Zavod.

This also brings a definitive end to the rental of guest accommodation.

Stancija Zavod, where time can be still ...

"Stancija Zavod" is a recently renovated country villa with two "traditional atmosphere" holiday apartments that can accommodate 6 people: "Casa dei Ladri" for 2 or 4 persons and "Pod Dubon" for 2 persons.

The apartments have their own covered terraces leading directly on to the garden. They are spacious, bright, fully equipped and stylishly decorated. The pool, overlooking the estate, is shared.

"Stancija Zavod" is an estate of around 6 acres, surrounded by woods, meadows and vineyards and is accessible via a "white road".
The nearest neighbours are almost one kilometer away and it is a place where you can escape the pressures of daily life. Taste the good country life and gain new experiences in eating and drinking, and relaxing in friendlz surroundings.

The area is ideal for cycling and walking. The sea is a short half hour drive away. Because of its central location, "Stancija Zavod" is the perfect starting point for exploring Istria by car.
The estate is a well maintained natural park with many mature oaks that give a lovely cool shade. There are also plenty of sunny spots.

  • Large swimming pool

During the renovation the old Istrian building style was respected. Local craftsmanship and old materials were used. Also, by using very good insulation, solar energy, floor heating using wood pellets, recycling rainwater and an organic garden, the entire property is very environmentally sensitive.

We live all year on the estate and are able to give you lots of information to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. We can direct you to beautiful places, restaurants and local producers of authentic Istrian products. and know the restaurants that you would otherwise not find.

Welcome to "Stancija Zavod", where time can be still.
